ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of Perceived Organization Support on the Intention To Quit and to find out the effect of Perceived Organization Support on the Intention To Quit through Employee Engagement as intervening variables of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Primary data concerning of Perceived Organization Support, Intention To Quit, Employee Engagement are being used to conduct this research.
The sample of this research were 100 employees of a variety of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Instruments used in this study is the questionnaire, and then to examine relationships between variables in this study used path analysis.
According to these data analyses, find out that direct influence between Perceived Organization Support on the Intention To Quit and find out that indirect influence between Perceived Organization Support on the Intention To Quit with Employee Engagement as intervening variables. The direct effect of variable Perceived Organization Support on the Intention To Quit have a greater value than if through Employee Engagement as an intervening variable.
